Take one tablet daily for 21 days, followed by a 7 day break.
Common side effects might include nausea, breast tenderness, headache, changes in mood, or breakthrough bleeding. Serious side effects are rare but can include blood clots, stroke, or heart attack, particularly in women with risk factors.
Yasmin might not be suitable for everyone, especially those with certain medical conditions or a history of blood clots. It's crucial to discuss your medical history with a clinician before starting Yasmin or any contraceptive pill.
