Is Phlo Clinic a safe online service to use?

Yes, we are fully regulated by the GPhC in the UK and adhere to strict data and privacy laws to keep you and your medical information safe.

Are the people checking my order medically trained?

Yes, all of the clinical team who review your consultations are fully qualified prescribing pharmacists who have undergone additional training. All of our pharmacists and prescribing pharmacists are fully qualified and GPhC registered

Will I be able to speak to a prescribing pharmacist before I’m provided treatment?

If we need to, our prescribing pharmacists may get in touch to confirm the information you provided when completing your treatment questionnaire. If you have any queries throughout the process, you can contact our clinical team by emailing support@phloclinic.co.uk or calling 020 8191 9444.

How quickly will you review and send my order?

We aim to review all weekday orders on the same day they’re placed. If you place an order before 2pm we aim to pop this in the post the same day, via our FREE 24-hour tracked prescription delivery option (note, your order will then discreetly arrive within 24 hours from being posted, but we cannot always guarantee this). Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be reviewed on the following Monday.

I've had a similar treatment before – do I still need to complete a questionnaire?

Yes. As your health can vary over time, we like to check in with all new and returning patients to ensure there are no new underlying health concerns that may cause issues with a treatment.

Can I place an order on behalf of someone else?

No, you can only place an order for yourself. During the questionnaire stage you’ll be asked to confirm that the item(s) are for your own use, and you’ll be asked personal medical details that are critical in our review of your order.

Is Phlo Clinic part of the Phlo Technologies family?

Yes, Phlo Clinic is the independent prescribing treatment service from the team behind Phlo Technologies and Phlo Digital Pharmacy.

In addition to servicing our 66,500+ general prescription patients, we want to give patients better access to lifestyle and common condition treatments. We believe the future of healthcare is digital and patients need the option of faster access to on-demand healthcare and prescription medication services.

When do I pay for my order?

When you complete your order we’ll ask you to provide your card payment details, but we’ll only take payment when our clinicians approve your items. This may show on your bank statement as a ‘pending transaction’ and you’ll need to have the funds in your bank account at the time of completing your order.

In the rare case our clinicians are unable to approve your order on medical grounds, the transaction will be cancelled at our end and the funds released from the "pending transaction" state.
