At Phlo Clinic, we’re committed to helping you achieve real, sustainable results with safe, expert-led weight loss support. That’s why we offer a Money Back Guarantee: if you do not lose at least 10% of your starting body weight within six months, and meet the eligibility criteria below, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

Refunds will be prorated based on your progress. For example, if you lose 8% of your starting weight after 6 months, you may be eligible for a 20% refund of your treatment cost.


To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Complete your initial consultation with Phlo Clinic and be approved for treatment by one of our prescribers.

2. Stay on your treatment plan for 6 continuous months with Phlo Clinic, including taking your prescribed medication as recommended, alongside maintaining a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

3. Track your weight regularly by updating us during each re-order consultation across the 6-month period.

4. Lose less than 10% of your starting weight after 6 months—this is calculated from your weight on Day 1 of treatment to a final weight recorded between Day 180 and Day 194.

5. Submit your refund request within 30 days after the 6-month mark (between Day 180 and Day 210 from your first delivery). Include your Phlo order number and a recent full-body photo in fitted clothing.

Important notes

  • Refunds will only be processed once we verify your eligibility.
  • Refunds apply only to the cost of the weight loss treatment.
  • Only one refund per customer is permitted under this guarantee.
  • The Money Back Guarantee is not valid for customers who cancel treatment early or fail to adhere to the programme criteria listed above.
  • Phlo Clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, without notice.
