TV - terms and conditions

Thank you for your interest in being part of our TV advertisement project. Please find below applicable terms and conditions for stage one submission.

• We will not publicise the photos or voice note you submit for this submission, or any of your personal information. This initial submission is purely to allow us to get a feel for you and your story.

• By submitting your photos and voice note, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and understand these terms and conditions.

• You have recorded the voice note yourself and confirm the person speaking in it is you. You confirm that the person in the photos is you.

• You captured the photos and voice note with the permission of all relevant parties, and it does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.

• No fee or other compensation will be payable by Phlo Clinic upon receipt of this initial photo and audio submission.

• The content will be reviewed and stored by Phlo Clinic. By submitting your photos and voice note, you acknowledge agreement to these terms and conditions.
