As the festive season is fast approaching, we want to help you stay on track with your treatment over the holidays.
To make sure you don’t miss a dose, we’ve shared our key ordering dates, delivery information, and what to expect during this busy period.
With increased demand and Royal Mail delays to be likely, we recommend placing your orders early to ensure your medication arrives on time and your treatment continues seamlessly.
Key dates to remember
For EXISTING patients:
Wednesday 17th December - LAST DAY TO ORDER for delivery before 25th December.
We will be operating with a limited clinical team between 19th December and 2nd January and orders will continue to be reviewed during this time.
Any orders placed after 17th December for existing Phlo Clinic patients will have the option to opt in for us to dispatch the medication from our pharmacy on 29th December. Orders opted in for this delivery will be processed where capacity allows.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and that you will be available to receive your order.

For NEW patients:
If you’re looking to order with us for the first time, the time it takes to review your consultation may be slightly longer. This is due to medical health checks we need to carry out.
Monday 15th December - LAST DAY to order for delivery before Christmas

Bundle & save before Christmas
To help you stay consistent with your treatment plan and maintain your progress over the festive period, you can now bundle your next order and save up to 10%.
How it works
At the end of your online consultation, you’ll have the option to bundle your Mounjaro or Wegovy treatments. This is a great way to ensure you have everything you need to cover the holidays without interruption.
Bundle options for existing customers:
- Mounjaro: Choose from either our same-strength or mixed strength bundles. You can opt for 2 pens of your current strength, 2 pens of the next strength up, or a combination of 2 different strengths to allow you to move up without re-ordering over the festive period.
- Wegovy: Choose from one of our same-strength options, whether that’s opting for 2 pens of your current strength, or 2 pens of the next strength up.

Phlo Clinic delivery schedule
At Phlo Clinic, we partner with Royal Mail to deliver our weight loss treatments with the FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This service aims to deliver the next working day, although it is not guaranteed.
Our weight loss medication is packaged with cooling ice packs and wrapped in temperature controlled Woolcool. This keeps medication between 2-8 degrees whilst in transmit.
We will NOT be dispatching any weight loss medication between Monday 22nd December and Thursday 1st January.
Our pharmacy will restart dispensing on Friday 2nd January. However, we will expect a slightly backlog due to the holiday closure so your order may be a few days later. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive via email a tracking link from Royal Mail.

Medication during the festive season FAQs
Can I get my medication between Christmas and New Year?
If your consultation was submitted after 17th December and we were unable to deliver before Christmas, we’ll aim to dispatch on 29th December but this is not guaranteed.
What if I run out of medication?
We recommend placing your treatment order in advance, at least by 17th December for existing Phlo Clinic patients.
If you have run out of medication and it has been over 4 weeks, the medication will have left your system. To allow your body to adjust back onto treatment, you will be required to restart your treatment plan at the lowest dose of either Mounjaro or Wegovy. We would recommend completing your re-order consultation as soon as possible in this case so our clinical team can process this for you.
GLP-1 medications have a 4-week “washout” period, allowing a temporary pause if necessary.
Can I take a break from treatment over the holidays?
While we do not recommend pausing your weight loss treatment, skipping one week’s dose can boost your appetite to enjoy any holiday meals for example. If you pause your treatment for 4 weeks or more, we will require you to re-start your treatment at the lowest dosage and build back up. This is due to the 4-week washout period of GLP-1 medications.
