As Easter approaches, we want to make sure you have everything you need to continue your treatment smoothly. With the holiday just around the corner, it’s essential to manage your medication in advance to avoid any interruptions. Here’s what you need to know about our Easter operating hours and order deadlines.
Key Dates for Easter 2026
This year, the Easter bank holiday falls from Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April. As with any public holiday in the UK, we anticipate a busy period for our pharmacy team. To ensure you receive your medications on time, we strongly encourage you to place your orders ahead of the holiday.
FOR ALL WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATION ORDERS
For NEW Phlo Clinic patients (including if you are transferring from another provider)
If you're a new patient or transferring from another provider, please be mindful of our order timeline:
Order by: WEDNESDAY 25th MARCH
Deadline: 5pm
We need some additional time to review your initial consultation, so please ensure your order is placed by this date to guarantee dispatch before the Easter break.
Occasionally, we may request additional information after you've submitted your consultation. Please respond promptly to any emails you may receive from us to prevent any delays to your order.
For EXISTING Phlo Clinic patients
For our existing patients, the re-order process remains the same:
Order by: FRIDAY 27th MARCH
Deadline: 5pm
ALL Patients Please Note: The last day we will be dispatching weight loss medication before the Easter break is Wednesday 1st April. This excludes any bundle orders and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland in which our last day for dispatching orders to these locations will be Tuesday 31st March.
OTHER MEDICATION ORDERS (including emergency contraception)
Emergency contraception will not be available from Monday 30th March until Tuesday 7th April.
If you need any other emergency medication, please call NHS 111 or visit NHS Emergency Prescriptions for support.
Our Pharmacy and Patient Care Team Opening Hours
Pharmacy Hours
Our pharmacy will be closed for the Easter bank holiday weekend from Friday 3rd – Monday 6th inclusive. We will re-open on Tuesday 7th April and operate as usual.
