With Easter just around the corner, you may have already noticed chocolate eggs lining the supermarket shelves. But beyond the sweet treats, it’s important to make sure you have everything you need to continue your treatment without interruption.
Our pharmacy will be closed over the Easter weekend, so here’s everything you need to know about our final order dates and opening hours to help you plan ahead.
Easter 2025: Key dates to remember
This year, the Easter bank holiday falls from Friday 18th to Monday 21st April. As with any public holiday here in the UK, we expect this to be a busy period for our pharmacy team and therefore we strongly recommend placing your order in advance to avoid any delays.
NEW patients: Order by Monday 7th April
If you're looking to order any treatment from Phlo Clinic for the first time, we do require some extra time to review your initial consultation. To ensure your treatment is dispatched before Easter, please place your order by Monday 7th April.
EXISTING patients: Order by Friday 11th April
For all our existing patients, you can place your re-orders as usual. However, to guarantee dispatch before the Easter break, please make sure your order is placed by Friday 11th April.
Placing your order before these dates ensures our clinical team has enough time to review, approve, and prepare your treatment for delivery - helping you continue your journey without any disruptions.
Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off dates mentioned above may be dispatched from our Pharmacy on Tuesday 22 April.
Patient Care Team opening hours
As always, we are here to support you every step of the way and our dedicated Patient Care Team will still be available during the Easter period, though with limited hours. If you do need to contact us, please keep our holiday hours in mind when contacting and receiving a response from us.
