Nasonex contains an active ingredient called Mometasone - which is a corticosteroid. Nasonex is used to manage the symptoms of Hay fever; including nasal congestion, sneezing, itching and a runny nose. It works by reducing the inflammation in the nasal passages.

Make sure you shake the bottle before use. Clear your nostrils by blowing your nose prior to application. Dispense the assigned number of sprays into each nostril, avoiding contact with your eyes.
Common side effects include nasal irritation and nosebleeds.
Avoid spraying into your eyes, and rinse your eyes with water if accidental contact occurs.
