6-Month Pre-Paid Plan Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions: 6-Month Prepaid Weight Loss Treatment Plan

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

Provider: Phlo Clinic

Applies to: Patients enrolled in the 6-month upfront weight loss medication plan (the “Plan”)
‍

  1. Eligibility & Clinical Assessment
    1. All patients must complete a clinical consultation and medical screening to confirm eligibility for treatment.
      ‍
    2. Acceptance onto the Plan is subject to approval by a licensed UK prescriber.
      ‍
    3. In cases where treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable before medication is dispensed, patients will receive a full refund.


‍

  1. Plan Inclusions
    1. The 6-month Plan includes:
      ‍
    2. A fixed supply of weight loss medication, dispensed monthly following a clinical check-in and review.
      ‍
    3. Access to a prescribing clinician and in-house Obesity Specialist Dietitian.
      ‍
    4. Ongoing access to our Patient Care team for support.


‍

  1. Payment Terms
    1. Full payment is required upfront to enrol in the Plan.
      ‍
    2. Early access pricing offers up to 20% off compared to monthly payment options. Final savings may vary based on individual treatment dosages and medication brand.
      ‍
    3. The upfront fee is inclusive of standard dispensing fees. Any additional services or prescription changes may be subject to further cost (if applicable and clearly communicated).


‍

  1. Medication Supply & Dispensing
    1. Medications are dispensed following your monthly clinical check-in, as determined by clinical appropriateness and pharmacy stock availability.
      ‍
    2. In rare instances of national supply shortages, delivery may be delayed. In such cases, patients will be kept informed and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.
      ‍
    3. If your medication delivery is delayed or does not arrive on time, and this results in missed doses, we will issue a pro-rata refund for each missed dose based on your 6-month plan pricing.
      ‍
    4. This refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation of the missed delivery.
      ‍
    5. To be eligible for a refund:
      1. You must notify us of the missed or delayed delivery within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
      2. Our delivery records must confirm that the medication was not delivered as scheduled, and that the delay was not due to customer action (e.g., incorrect address or missed courier attempt).
        ‍
    6. Please note that delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions) may be exempt from refund eligibility.

  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    1. Patients may cancel the Plan and request a pro-rated refund during the 6-month plan if:
      1. You experience medically significant side effects that require discontinuation.
      2. You are advised by a clinician to stop or pause treatment.
      3. You fall pregnant.
      4. You have been new diagnoses or experience changes to existing diagnoses.
        ‍
    2. The Phlo Clinic prescribing team may also cancel a plan on your behalf if you are rejected for treatment based on changes in your medical history, for example:
      1. You experience medically significant side effects that require discontinuation.
      2. You are advised by a clinician to stop or pause treatment.
      3. You fall pregnant.
      4. You have been given new diagnoses or experience changes to existing diagnoses.
      ‍
    3. We cannot accommodate requests to pause or defer a 6-month plan.
      ‍
    4. Refunds for treatments one to four are calculated based on the maximum RRP of a standard 6-month treatment schedule, not the discounted plan. After Treatment 5, you will have already received the full RRP value of treatments, so you will not receive a refund.
      ‍
    5. If our prescribing team cancels your plan due a clinical rejection, we may consider a goodwill refund depending on your situation if cancelling after Treatment 5.

    6. The standard refunds amounts, based on the maximum RRP for a standard 6-month treatment schedule, can be found below:

  1. Plan Duration & Expiry
    1. The Plan is valid for a 6-month consecutive treatment period beginning from the date of first medication dispatch.
      ‍
    2. Extensions to the treatment timeline must be clinically approved and may not exceed a total of 2 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Liability & Disclaimers
    1. This Plan does not guarantee specific weight loss outcomes. Results may vary based on individual response, adherence, and lifestyle.
      ‍
    2. Patients are advised to follow medical, nutritional and lifestyle guidance provided throughout treatment.
      ‍
    3. Phlo Clinic is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details, patient unavailability, or failure to attend required consultations.
      ‍
    4. We reserve the right to cancel the Plan at any time. If you are signed up to the Plan at such a time, we will contact you to discuss your options.

  1. Data Protection
    1. All personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
      ‍
    2. Your health information will only be shared with your prescriber and clinical team as needed for safe care delivery.
