Weight Loss Medication Ordering Guide For The 2024/25 Festive Season

For new patients submitting a consultation over the festive season, please be aware of the following process:

• Submit your first consultation by 12 pm on Friday 13 December for delivery before Christmas.

• New patient consultations placed after 13 December will be processed and queued for dispatch in early January 2025 on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• All new weight loss patients are required to start on the lowest dosage to ensure safe monitoring and progress by our clinical team.

• We will keep you updated on the progress of your consultation status via email and SMS over this period.

• Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and that you  will be able to receive it.

To ensure consistency of your treatment plan and for you to maintain your progress over the festive period, we recommend the following:

Plan Ahead: Early ordering reduces the risk of delays. Submit your renewal consultation before 12pm on Friday 13 December for pre-Christmas delivery

• Treatment bundling: The option is available for you to order two Mounjaro pens (available from 27 November) to cover your treatments over the festive period.

• Treatment bundling strengths: Patients can order 2 x pens of the same dosage they are currently on OR one strength up. Treatment bundling is only available for Mounjaro. For example, you can order 2x 5mg pens or 2x 7.5mg pens. You will not be able to bundle two different strengths at once.

• Treatment bundling discount: We offer a treatment bundling discount for patients who wish to purchase 2 pens.

• Treatment bundling is limited to one bundle per patient.

• Please note: Treatment bundling cannot be used in conjunction with our Price Match offer.

• Any consultations submitted for treatment bundles after 17 December 2024 will not be dispatched from our pharmacy until 2 January 2025 due to festive operational times

We know this can be an expensive time, so bundling treatments is optional for existing patients. If you choose not to bundle, please note the key dates below to ensure you have enough medication for the festive season.

We'll send email and SMS reminders in the coming weeks about reordering and key dates. We would also recommend downloading the Royal Mail app to keep track of your delivery status.

Due to high demand, our team will be especially busy, but we’re committed to maintaining our usual service quality. We will keep you updated on your order status in your Phlo Clinic account and via email and SMS.

Finally, if your delivery address will change over the holidays, please update it accordingly.
